The main goal of the Asset Management module in the AcumenSolution system is to store and combine all of the available information related to the Plant’s Assets and share it with Asset Operators through the online, web-based presentation layer and through a variety of interfaces between other system modules.
Based on the gathered data and implemented into the System analysing algorithms, the Asset Condition Monitoring module processes all the inputs and estimates the level of the Asset’s condition. This is presented to the Asset Operator as a set of features related to the QAE, SHM data and asset maintenance schedule, which can then influence the actions performed on the Asset.
